Quote from Mr. Eshel Heffetz, CEO of The Challenges Airlines - Supreme Court upheld the NCLAT’s decision sale of Jet planes to Ace Aviation

The Supreme Court upheld the NCLAT’s decision that allowed the sale, saying it would benefit JKC by providing additional funds to clear lenders' dues and revive the airline.

Mr. Eshel Heffetz, CEO of The Challenges Airlines comments on this development:

"We're pleased with the Supreme Court's validation of the NCLAT’s ruling on the sale of Jet Airways aircraft to Ace Aviation. We see this as a landmark decision that would benefit the interest of all stakeholders involved by providing additional funds to clear lenders' dues.

Our confidence in the judicial process remains unwavering. We're steadfast in our commitment to a swift conclusion and eagerly anticipate the rapid acquisition of the three aircraft, in perfect alignment with aviation and market standards."
